   Piped Dreams

  It was one of those moments
  that couldn’t be touched.
  Filled with delicate crusty leaves.
  The white pipe perfectly balanced
  cradled between finger and thumb
  a yogi’s pose
  he coiled smoke to the heavens.
  While on earth
  In that room the red screams billowed
  looking for a entrance
  sizzled out in a cloud
  of peace of contentment.
